Room #1 - “Honeymoon suite”

This luxurious room you will find very seductive. A king size bed surrounded by silk backdrop, a gentleman’s antique robe stands sentinel over the open en suite with freestanding double spa.

The room opens out to a verandah where you can watch the life in Carcoar passing by in the afternoon sun.

Rooms #2 and #3

These rooms are on the first floor. A bright and spacious room with high ceilings, king size beds (or a twin bed if you prefer) again beautiful antique wardrobes set off the sumptuous furnishing and furniture.

Room #4

If you are not quite up to staircases, we have a beautiful queen bed room off the garden with winter morning sun. A beautiful antique wardrobe sets off the warmth of this room.

Stable

Nestled in the garden you find a beautifully renovated and furnished original stable – now a nice airy room with a mezzanine loft where you can sit and enjoy the view over Carcoar.

This queen bed suit is also designed to accommodate disabled persons or accommodate an extra person in the loft.
